(2) Participation in the Care Unlimited Program is at the sole discretion of all attractions, suppliers, volunteers, care-providers and organizations involved. The Care Unlimited Program is not responsible or liable in any way for any loss, action or legal development arising from orders through, or usage of, the program by participating individuals, organizations, attractions or suppliers.

(3) The administration of the CUP program will do our utmost to maintain as high a standard as possible, of vendors, their products and services, as well as the individuals and organizations using the program.

The Care Unlimited Program administration reserves the right, at its own discretion, to immediately suspend or terminate (unless otherwise agreed), participation by individual users, suppliers, attractions and/or organizations, involved in the program. Suspension or termination, due to misuse, false claims or statements, misrepresentation of discount offers/products/services, action in bad faith, and/or failure to participate in a reasonable manner within the spirit of the Care Unlimited Program.

(4) The administration of the Care Unlimited Program will at all times attempt to provide a means of simple, useful, “real” cost-savings on attractions and entertainment, and other worthwhile services and products, that are an advantage worthy of use by the participants it honors.
